    And if the government decide to betray BPH once "AGAIN!" and go down the path of denial forcing legal action from BPH and if we recieve a favourable decision from high court "AGAIN". The government can pay all costs in time delay, all the bills and compensation for the delays also pay for the drilling and exploration!
    Government can a pay the bills for the Valaris Rig, Klarite environmental studies, delays and compensation to company and its investors.
