We do not need another "force majeure" (ref 2020 application) event during this critical period.... DB is going nowhere.... whether u like the CR or not... We are heading to Court!
IMO - no one else has the knowledge and tenacity to steer PEP11 through the next few months..... we (SH) did not have a choice and have had to wait for years (not me - but others).... it is now approaching the END of the long wait and (hopefully) BEGINNING of the long run UP.
So... focus your anger on the ones who delayed and did not/are not following the approval process in accordance with fairness/professionalism and even - IMO - the Law! ------> The Politicians. (Feds and NSW zombies)
