everyone... not seeing many people mention this part of the announcement...
usually wouldnt see a large lead time for a cap raise but this is actually an interesting announcement... CORPORAT E TRANSACTION AND CAP RAISE...
2 announcements... not just a cap raise.....
note wml have been mentioning for a while that they have been looking for an acquisition and have been for some time after their dusters.... very interested to see this space if they dont announce that they have made an acquisition thus the reason for a cap raise to fund an acquisition .... first sign of life
