While i agree positve announcement will help the share price, they cant control or stop people selling. Also they dont care about the share price. They dont need to raise capital. The share price will follow as the business progresses.
Not sure how you know its not a positive announcement today, it hasnt even been released. Left field annoucements prove the company is looking towards the future. It doesn't change anything with the current bbm surface operation.
