I don't know any of those details. I was stating what we need as a minimum to satisfy the IDC pre-condition. That's what the market is likely to be looking for.
I expect a premium based on similar Sovereign Wealth fund investments. SGA announced one this morning, also at a premium - I think 10% for them.
I assume the SWF will invest at least the minimum needed so that Minbos can progress.
We don't know if it's a yes yet but as another poster mentioned, it seems unlikely that a TH would be called if they decided not to invest.
