If they lost, which I believe was what was always expected, any penalty imposed on Site is capped to a single penalty and single cost and not decided until 2025. Hopefully, the growth and revenue generated from the overseas training business and any developments in Clark far outweigh a one-off penalty. I think this is the only piece of negative news overhanging the business, so it's good to put it in the rearview mirror.
