Agree with deserthead: resubmission of the transmission line amendment request shouldn’t prove a big deal and doubt will take two years for approval. Reassuringly Rick Rule is on board so he would’ve reasonably been aware of the risks prior to risking capital. On balance this project should still succeed and in a timeframe with silver comfortably $50 USD plus.
