Bowden you shouldn’t be so worried about the process to approve. It’s a simple update and add on for assessment of the transmission line and then a global appraisal.

The submissions, expert reports and hearing will be fairly concise. The decision is void but the existing material can be relied on. SVL does not have to start at the back of the queue.

Don’t worry about the costs of this appeal decision. It’s only costs on a limited scale judicial review - minor in the scheme of things.

Don't worry about the electrical assessment costs - SVL had already intended and made plain to the consenting authority that an application would be made for that.

I’d put a quid or two also on a successful appeal of this decision.

Seen all this before. All part of the process.

Either way I think your investment in SVL will still be good and what’s more we have a resource update soon.
