If SVL waited until they had an agreed and confirmed route for the transmission lines prior to submitting their request for development consent to the IPC, then this situation would have been avoided - Sloppy management.
Whilst the decision is another annoying delay for the project’s development it looks like it just requires SVL to resubmit their plans (including transmission lines) back to be reassessed (and I’d think likely re-approved).
