I suspect the insiders won't and institutions won't.

It is frustrating but far from the end of the project, and I would be surprised if in addition to advancing power supply plans SVL doen't appeal to the Supreme Court. Even a loss there (it is a contestable case as we have seen from the minority view in this appeal and lower Court decision) simply means back to the application stage.

I don't think it was mismanagment by SVL - it took an approach supported at first instance and at the first stage appeal. I think we are still in sound hands.
