Yes agree with that and hopefully the next election will bring a more responsible govt into power - but unfortunately we can't rely on that happening.
If the project is canned there is no point lamenting - RRL should move on quickly and seek another investment opportunity, preferably in WA.
The silver lining to this situation is that at a macro level if Aus (with world largest gold resources) stops approving gold projects that will ultimately decrease global supply and raise prices.
