how critical is that plan? is it a matter of another km of pipe and relocating?
my understanding is it has passed all environmental hurdles and the section 10 is purely indigenous cultural heritage.
seems weird to block a tailings dam on those grounds unless the physical location is off. do you have link or screenshot from that article?
