incorrect, it's not just as simple as removing a page of PPT and replace with a new one, the whole RFS need to be re-submitted with the new location (if luckily RRL' leaders already have that location in their mind) and up to the approval process one by one start over again.
If you have lived in this country long enough you will find out how slow things can be （take 3 months to replace 2 piece of curbside stones is quite normal)
What I'd like to see is to tear up the whole thing altogether, spend the fund on existing mines/operation or make smart acquisition, and leave Mcphill untouched for a few years until the POG is above US$3000.
