Delaying the investment in McPhil is a good thing, RRL is now generating cash reserves, pushing that Billion dollar investment down track doesn't change the eventual potential of McPhil, but does change the immediate need to raise capital. As you say leave McPhill untouched for a few years, while the red tape is sorted.
