that is the silver lining in it.
hopefully broader market agrees come tuesday. and i dont think all the other approvals just get chucked in the bin back to square one. id imagine some work and ammendment, but remember most of the mine and infrastructure wont need to change.
i imagine the process is proposing a location for the tailings dam that satisfies the section 10.( sounds like regis have this already). then going back to the ipc with ammendments on that basis.
remember they went through a similar process with the water line requiring an ammendment over what was originally proposed. i dont think the whole project goes back to square one.
