Agree, At a glance, acquisition looks ok/good. Diona is capital light, $1B work in hand, generally long term contracts with government, high quality clients. Raising at 83c, which is only a 1c discount to today’s price - adjusted for the dividend, which is 2.5c. Company says acquisition is 10%eps accretive with strong opportunities for synergy and cross selling. New shares not entitled to dividend. Not that anyone cares what I have to say, but looks ok to me. As for financial year results, they look fantastic, the trend line in particular. Another big increase in EBITDA for 2025 forecast. Very happy with dividend not withheld.
