I don't how you agree with the 10% figure when it was 6.6% - huge difference.
The dilution sucks but at least it somewhat aligns interests of the incoming party.
I given we are essentially CF breakeven when accounting for SWM marketing I would have liked to see new deals be paid via cash given we have circa $10m in the bank - use it! invest it!
The only thing I can see is the new partnership being AI marketing based on the mentions in the quarterly.

the month of July had a net gain of over 2.5k customers. Google Trends continues to build positively. If August can be 2.5k to 3k increase in active customers that will be huge. Every month this occurs gives RZI annualised revenue increase of circa $200k, which most would hit the bottom line.
