ok so half right, existing large shareholders to pick up roughly half and the rest in placement, but the big positive is it’s at current sp, shows confidence were undervalued, id say the recent EXR move has a lot to do with it, hopefully we get a good discovery and get bought out for 200 mil, id take that.
