Has anyone done the numbers on this? It appears to be a massive deal for BNL - 50% of our leases( except Serenity) for what appears a big capital boost of around $US9 million in investment dollars. Production without having to have a CR (which would have been a 25% dilution anyway at an inequitable low issue price).
I’m thinking this is a great deal for BNL holders.
