Even Kiril will be seeing the writing on the wall now.
The last raise ($12M at 20c) was supposed to be used for M&A. Here they are issuing free 1-1 options (1.8c strike, 3 year term, ouch) to raise only $1.5M… for an acquisition. And using Evolution Capital again… so the raise is going to flippers not sticky hands.
Don’t say you weren’t warned.
