Something doesn’t add up here. They’re valued at AU$7.2M (about US$4.6M), but they’ve just dropped US$4M in cash on an acquisition, plus another US$1.6M in stock.

Meanwhile, they need to keep the lights on until at least FY26, burning through $3.2M a quarter—now with the added costs of the new company and merger headaches. Plus, stellar track record of a rounding error above absolute zero with that so-called $100M sales "pipeline".

Hope they just find a buyer and I just I get pennies on the dollar. Just happy my investment was less than $10k , hope I can get back 3 or 4.
