A bird in the hand...
I'd rather see them land the FDA tick for the valve tech now and not have anything conclusive on the heart failure tech than not get the FDA approval but with strong results from the heart failure study.
I get the impression that the two profs have already moved on and are all excited by the possibilities of hf tech but I am with the hard-nosed business managers in EchoIQ who remain zeroed in on the current FDA process and getting some cash to start flowing.
