    The price per acre of a cattle station in Western Australia can vary significantly depending on factors like location, infrastructure, water availability, and market conditions.

    As of recent years, prices for cattle stations in Western Australia have typically ranged from AUD $50 to $200 per acre.

    High-quality stations with good water access, infrastructure, and proximity to markets can command higher prices, sometimes exceeding this range. In more remote or less developed areas, the price per acre might be lower.

    Tarmoola is not that remote and has a number of well, but if we work on the lowest figure of say $50 per acre for roughly 500,000 acres we have $25m. $5m would represent about $10 per acre.
