Yeah Siren, I originally thought that as well (M&A) - because that's want all the wannabe high flyers want. But then I wondered whether the Board would want to risk to be seen operating in a way which poked the Auditor's report.

The last couple of M&A's in particular haven't exactly been ground breaking successes.....BLC's financials appeared to be "juiced" up for a potential suitor and FMG is turning out to not much better. How AN1 added "goodwill" into the price is startling!! If I was an HNG shareholder, I would be baling...
