It can only be justified that they sold a portion at 53c if they had knowledge that the rest of us would be receiving more.. It makes total sense for the buyer to want a guaranteed 17.5% to get a starting position before they lauched a bid. It makes total sense that Directors agreed to sell a portion of there holding at 53c if they have insider knowledge that all shareholders would later receive a bid of +55c or higher to facilitate the sale in the best interest of shareholders.... Or else the directors with full insider information of this sale process would go to Jail wouldn't they ?
