I would have sacked the lot ages ago and refresh with those competent enough to know how to get helium out of the ground or else stop making promises they can't keep. The amount of money wasted here - yours, mine and others is appalling and unlikely to be recouped, particularly with an incoming massive dilution coupled with a farm out.
