In my dreams it's another reputable, long term strategic investor who has tipped in substantial equity for, say a 25% share.
Followed by:
A substantial bump in the SP.
POSCO tipping in their US$20m at the higher SP.
POSCO taking a seat on the board
Debt funding completely finalised
A small retail offer for current holders to round out funding requirements
Final Investment decision.
