Lots of unknowns for me as to how we got to this point - look back at 1H FY23 at how the company was positioned vs today. I would have preferred an acquisition like this over RACV a year and a half ago, given we raised a few million to spend it on development work to bring revenue which still hasn't been fully realised (pending this acquisition).

Will the working capital be enough to implement the synergies described? If so, will be EBITDA positive with improved margins. The dilution however
But if all this plays out fine, we could have a company that continues high growth and is cashflow positive. Time will tell.
