that's not how it works... As part of the due diligence on the part of chemphys would be gln's bank balance. This raise sets up nearly to almost get all the way I would think. Someone with more time than me can run the numbers I'm sure. Perhaps a smaller amount from a bank for a working capital facility and remaining construction spend post this raise and post offtake financing being in the accounts? Sentiment buy as I will take up some in the raise.
