Chemphy is probably still doing due diligence and won't be participating in this CR. If that's the case, I won't trust an extra cent of my money in the hands of JP. The guy has proven he's hopeless in negotiating and concluding deal so far. I would average down only after the offtaker confirmed they are coming in. Even if it means I have to pay double the current price. My cost I higher anyway... Disclaimer: IMHO, don't listen to me, DYOR, your money your call.
