The placement is being shopped to instos and sophs by the lead broker (per normal) - the information is out there. There are clearly people on here who are on the call list. The info that Chemphys is participating for $3m USD is accurate. I believe the residual 'placement' they are looking to get away is only $6m AUD - it will be closed out today very easily, probably see the announcement and info on the rights offer Monday. If you have a proper broker ring them and ask - they all know, it's one of the few advantages you get out of paying them their high brokerage rates.
