Vysarn Limited – request for trading halt
Vysarn Limited (ASX: VYS) (the Company) requests a trading halt of the Company’s ordinary shares from
the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 11 September 2024.
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information in connection with
this request:
• the trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to a potential material
acquisition and capital raising;
• the Company anticipates that the trading halt will end on the earlier of a release of an
announcement to the market in relation to the material acquisition and capital raising, and the
commencement of normal trading on Friday, 13 September 2024, and requests that the trading
halt remain in place until that time;
• the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and
• the Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the
trading halt.
This announcement has been authorised by the board of directors of Vysarn.
