I’m going to start off with the statement that I don’t know anything, I’m certainly not in the know.

looking at the above bits and pieces of information and putting 2 and 2 together and probably getting 5. But here goes.

I think we’ll raise 38m shares at 40c (not $38m as that doesn’t make sense if we are acquiring CMP for $24m). That would mean we are raising $15.2m and funding the rest through shares and debt funding (remember the $30m debt facility). So will probably have $10m in debt (won’t take long to pay off).

So the increase in SOI will be 415m + 38m + 10m (+30m if they hit targets) = 493m. MC @ 40c = $197.2m or @ 50c = $246.5m.

NPAT $9.6m + $4.2m = $13.8m. PE of 14.2 - 17.8 on the above numbers.

To get those 30m shares I would expect that the NPAT will need to grow YoY (I’m thinking 15%ish).

Anyway, these numbers probably all mean nothing.
