I find the timing of this really confusing.
a) Iluka is putting pressure on feds to get more support for Eneabba. Their update in due in September (any day now)
b) Market not long ago couldn't absorb the 600M shares being offered by the Divestees. Assuming they really tried, as they claim.
If Iluka doesnt go ahead with Eneabba - NTU is toast. In which case this CR will be pre-empting that outcome. On the other hand, if Iulka does get support and goes ahead with Eneabba - NTU could raise capital much higher than today.
As I said I am rather confused with this. Guess we shall know very soon.
