Ash as much as I would like to see a $500m raise/dilution @ $0.02c and add another 25 Billion to the already around 6 Billion, I cant see that happening before they have released the FID, and I highly doubt that it would even be on their radar to attempt to raise that sum from the market, but I think you were just having a joke anyway.
Maybe they are getting in early as they already have insight as to Iluka's directional decision.
Iluka's SP has already halved since June 23, and I am of the opinion that it will experience even more pain before they could get a RE separation plant up and running successfully.
