Ann: Trading Halt, page-3

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:
1. The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement by the Company
regarding a placement.
2. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of an
announcement about the results of the capital raising or the commencement of trading on
Wednesday, 18 September 2024.
3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor any
other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
This trading halt request has been authorised by the Board of Asara Resources Limited.
