On April 18 this year, Titan executed a letter of offer to enter a JV partnership with Hanrine.
In a recent interview on September 2 with the CEO, she said the binding agreement would be executed within 2 weeks. Whilst I am hopeful for a second JV for another asset, it's almost certainly the execution of the Linderos binding agreement with Gina.
It has taken a long time for the binding agreement and I think we could see the market take notice this time. We will also receive a further $1.75mUS which we can use to expand our Dynasty JORC Resource.
When the letter of offer was first announced on April 18, we had a high of 39c after opening at 32c and we finished the day at 32c. Maybe it was a case of non-binding agreements not being taken too seriously.
