You’re right and I feel even the ambiguity of the wording used, “debt & equity financing event”, just goes to reiterate why these guys should not be re-voted in and I’d even be including Duncan Cornish on that list of who to boot to the curve.
“event” is so deliberately vague…it could mean multiple things.
