But Regal & Taurus are (in part) essentially one, are they not?
And if what they’ve been mining/storing/shipping can’t account for their repayments, then what’s a CR going to achieve?
If this does end up being a CR Ann then I presume it’ll have something to do with Plumtree works otherwise it could be an Ann to inform the market that they’ve simply been able to renegotiate their terms with Taurus etc.,
