    Regal is both 7% shareholder and 50% owner of Taurus. Not sure if there is any signal about the Taurus debt with Regal selling down. Question is whether BCB can survive with prices in the 150's for 2nd tier hard coking coal - will BCB be under some pressure to curtail production?
