They've been pretty much on point up to now so I'll be ignoring the scare mongers trying to grab a few extra shares.
they probably raised blue because an outside influence became involved/turned up. Eg if one of the other projects showed maybe high grades they might be willing to grab a few extra dollars for the next stage. Could be something as left field as a JV opportunity and they don't want to run out of necessary existing funds, who knows...
like others have said, this should hopefully take the brakes off a little and we usually get some good news flow to support sophs buying in.
