That may well be the case. However, I suggest FFM are playing the long game by appointing joint managers. I think they will tap the Canadian market for a big raise down the track and need local broker support for the dual listing.
You need to feed the beast to get the support when you need it.
Its a case of you scratch my back and Ill scratch yours.
The guys they are dealing with, are big fish in that market. It comes back to relationships and who’s who in the zoo.
