The cap raise is excellent news.That was the last reason for people not embracing the very high potential of this mega project.So that excuses now gone and all that remains is for the PDA to be completed and the terms advised to shareholders.It’s pretty hard to manage major projects running on empty and I’m sure having fuel in the tank makes the board job easier
