i bought at the lows, not an easy decision to make knowing the cash balance was extremely low, but it paid off, because my focus is to be in correct mind and reap the rewards of the Universe.
now, as already stated, others who chose not to enter or to sell based solely or primarily on the reason of a low cash balance can enter or re-enter the stock.
share price doesn't always necessarily go down upon a capital raising, depending on circumstances.
i don't want to jinx anything, but maybe a "last chance" offered up to management and friends and maybe others to buy shares before a deal is made. or not.
