    a)The trading halt is requested for the purposes of providing an update on recent asset
    transactions and executing a capital raising;
    b) The Company requests the trading halt to remain in place until the earlier of such time
    as it makes an announcement to the market regarding the asset transactions and
    results of the capital raising, and the commencement of trading on 30 September
    2024
