that’s one way of reading it, Occa - says update on recent asset transactions, as opposed to an announcement on new asset transactions. Not sure if that would make some of the things Tom said in the conference video a little disingenuous though? Can’t rule anything in or out though. I don’t mind at all if Sabre got cold feet and we were going to go solo so had to raise cap.
Another possibility is maybe there is a clue in the deeper formation below Mars… could it be the JV has decided that demands investigation and consequently the asset transaction has been refined?
