I think you will find it is to do with CCS and H2 I also noted at the bottom of slide 12 it states
# Subject to Sabre meeting it's financial obligations under the two Farm In Agreement (FIA) signed with BURU in June and August 2024
So Sabre hasn't coughed up yet Mmmm might be a gentle prod or something brewing? Don't know the terms but they made it public that they're waiting.
