I certainly didn't see this one coming....
Halted through the weekend. Acquisition, but no mention of capital in order to support that. I would assume that they'd be looking to issue shares again, and due to the recent acquisition they likely have a lot more interest in issuing script for such deals.
I'd bet that it expands their footprint in the Hillgrove area, but I know little of their broader projects
