    Ok I think we have tracked down the story.
    Started on the 29th of August a lender in British Columbia has finally had an injunction approved by the court against Pangea that they have not been paid out from the sale of shares by Pangea in other companies. The lender wants their Pangea loan repaid.
    My guess is this is the story and BEZ got named in the court documents as one of the share sales by Pangea.

    We will actually find out what this is about tomorrow.
