    thx banker and i searched "HARDER" and found the case and on a breif view it appears jb has indeed had the last laugh , explaining the jb sell down for facts , causing besra more grief via guilty by association laws , nothing new really just jb and moliviatis causing untold grief for anything they touch imho , might explain lack of coms from co as court case still pending , may even explain more than that again
